PALS Workshop

Eight Physical Activity Leaders went to Lincoln on Monday to partake in a workshop about running programmes to promote physical activity at school.

      The workshop was so cool. We found out so much about being a leader and at the same time We had great fun.
      I definitely recommend that the signing up for Pals Its so fun!!!! (:
